Father Christmas and his entourage of polar bears and other festive characters raised awareness of climate change issues, as well as funds to support climate change projects -- locally with Transition Matlock and in Ghana via Village Aid. The event has also funded a grove of trees in Scotland's Caledonian Forest via award-winning charity Trees for Life. For
